Tony began his journey in fitness ten years ago after completing his Bachelors of Science degree from Indiana State University. His strong belief in the fitness industry allowed him to pursue more knowledge so he obtained a Masters of Sciences degree from Indiana State University. The experience of pursuing a Masters was critical for Tony to conduct research and gain hands on experience to become an elite trainer in the fitness industry. He has been blessed with many opportunities including teaching Physical Education and later becoming a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University level. The experience in the educational setting along with eight years of training in the public sector has given Tony the tools to transform your body and life.

Fitness and Wellness has always been a part of Arin’s life. After helping one of her first clients no longer depend on medication for her Arthritis, Arin has been hooked on helping people achieve their personal fitness and wellness goals. Over the last six years Arin has devoted her time and energy to learning the body and how the demand of exercise can help individual’s reach their goals. She takes the time to listen to her clients and formulate the best plan so that each client can make fitness work into their personal life. Arin received her degree in Exercise Science which enabled her to learn and understand the human body and how it functions. In addition to the scholastic approach she also helped create and organize a Senior walking program and Clinic for children with disabilities. For seven years Sarah has worked as a personal trainer, but she has been active with fitness since a young age. Being able to carry over that interest into a career has been very rewarding. Through her years as a personal trainer, she has been able to help clients realize and attain their personal health and fitness goals. There are many different components to fitness and it is her belief that it is important to incorporate all of those aspects in order to help her client reach their goals. Sarah enjoys training a client in a way that will carry over to there day to day activities, which is why she includes a variety of functional, core and stability movements to a client’s routine. The most important part of training for Sarah is listen to what each client wants to accomplish and then to use her education to help show and guide them to getting the results they want.

Dan developed a passion for physical fitness during his involvement in athletics. While working towards his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Toledo, he worked in a physical therapy clinic for three years helping clients regain muscular strength and endurance that was lost due to injury. Dan believes it is very important to promote muscular balance in the body, and does this by incorporating a wide variety of functional, core, and goal specific exercises. His experience with all types and ages of people allows him to help each client meet their personal goals.

Stephen has been interested in helping people lose weight every since he had helped his mother lose for his brother’s graduation party. During his attendance at UW-L, he worked in the weight rooms for two years while working with the Viterbo University Baseball team. He completed his internship at Butler University and is an assistant strength coach there. Stephen is great at strengthening the core and lower body.
