What is your favorite thing about your job? “My favorite thing is working with the clients and building relationships. I value relationships and seeing others continually improve, achieve their goals, and be an overall happier person.”
What sports have you competed in? “I competed in baseball, football, basketball, and even wrestling at one time growing up.”
Which did/do you enjoy most? “My personal favorite was baseball and I’ll always have a love for the sport.”
How do you like to get your sweat on? “My approach to working out is more of a bodybuilding/powerlifting style. I also enjoy doing HIIT for my cardio.”
What’s your favorite jam to work out to? “I really enjoy any music as long as it’s upbeat and can keep me going.”
What would you say is the best way someone can take their first step toward becoming a better version of themselves? “Self-confidence. If you believe in yourself you can achieve anything as long as you work hard and are consistent.”
Do you have a transformation story? What is it? “My own personal transformation story – I was a sophomore in college weighing around 220 pounds with little to no muscle. I was lacking in every aspect of life, struggling with school, my appearance, and overall health. I knew I needed to change my life for the better. I started working out again and pushed myself every day and I started to see results and fell in love with the process. I kept seeing results and then I plateaued and was stuck. I knew I needed to change my eating habits and that was the hardest part for me. Once I changed my eating habits I started seeing more results and haven’t stopped since. So I’ve consistently been working out for four years straight and am finally content with my results and how I’ve progressed over the years.”
I graduated from Purdue University in 2011 with a bachelors in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness, and Health. (Boiler Up!;)) I worked as a nutritionist at a WIC clinic for the last 6 years and have been doing some personal training part-time for the last 2 years.
What makes you the perfect person for your job?
Healthy nutrition and exercise has always been one of my passions from a young age. I was involved in softball and volleyball throughout high school and found early on that when I am active, I am at my happiest, and wanted to be able to share the joy that one can get through exercise to others.
I am excited about working for Transformation, Fitness, and Wellness because they seem like a company that helps individuals from every aspect and truly works at improving what they do every day to better serve others and help them do what I did-in transforming their bodies, minds, and lives.:)

Healthy nutrition and exercise has always been one of my passions from a young age. I was involved in softball and volleyball throughout high school and found early on that when I am active, I am at my happiest, and wanted to be able to share the joy that one can get through exercise to others. I have been involved in several different avenues of exercise in my own life. Once my athletic career was over, I became an avid runner. I loved the feeling you get after a good run but unfortunately I ended up breaking my leg in a car accident and that’s when I started my lifting career which truly ignited my passion for fitness. I ended up gaining 20 lb of muscle in a year once I started lifting seriously and completely transformed my body as well as mindset
