Do you have a transformation story? What is it? “My own personal transformation story – I was a sophomore in college weighing around 220 pounds with little to no muscle. I was lacking in every aspect of life, struggling with school, my appearance, and overall health. I knew I needed to change my life for the better. I started working out again and pushed myself every day and I started to see results and fell in love with the process. I kept seeing results and then I plateaued and was stuck. I knew I needed to change my eating habits and that was the hardest part for me. Once I changed my eating habits I started seeing more results and haven’t stopped since. So I’ve consistently been working out for four years straight and am finally content with my results and how I’ve progressed over the years.”

Do you have a transformation story? What is it? “Close to three years ago, I became a Personal Trainer, and in doing so, I decided I needed to do more strength training to become stronger in order to move weights around for clients. The much more avid and intense weight lifting led into training for body building competitions. I trained hard and very strictly dieted for 8 months. This included counting my macronutrients, spending around 2-3 hours in the gym, and making sure I got enough rest. My transformation was going from 148 lbs. down to 135 lbs., and from 22% body fat down to 14%. I competed in the Physique category in the NPC Natural Indiana and the Mr./Miss Ball State Body Building Competition in the spring of 2014. Since then, I have maintained a lean and muscular physique and kept strength and cardiovascular training along with healthy eating as a major aspect of my lifestyle.”
