Today’s journey is totally different. It is no surprise that what was important to most of us 6 months ago is a thing of the past.
What’s cool about today’s journey is you still get to write it.
For some of our clients, they have embraced the online workout…staying in the comfort/safety of their own home. For other clients, they have been able to come into our facility, stay socially distanced, and workout in our gym.
What is important now more than ever is that our clients find new routines, continue to take care of themselves and the risk vs the reward has never been greater.
Having underlying health conditions was always important, but now it can be the difference between life and death with COVID-19.
Maintaining a healthy weight will help reduce the risk of most underlying issues.
It can get overwhelming on where to start, how to start and can I do this type of feelings…
We understand how it feels and can help you get started no matter where you are with your health and wellness goals.
We offer online and in-person workouts and will coach you through the process keeping you motivated and on track.
You do not have to do this journey alone.
Continue to take one step at a time.
At minimum start here: Walk, drink half your body weight in water, and sleep 7+ hours each night.
Then when you are ready, reach out, and let’s talk more about you.
I know you can do this and it’s ok to ask for help. Having a coach hold you accountable is a game-changer for most.
