⅓ C Regular Oats 1 C Nut Milk 1-2 T Chia Seeds Mix ingredients together in a bowl and place in fridge overnight. You may add: ¼ t Vanilla 1 Banana, mashed 1 T Nut Butter Drizzle Maple Syrup Top with whatever you like: chopped nuts, berries, seeds, shredded coconut, etc.
3 Eggs 1 Ripe B anana ½ C Oats 1T Coconut Flour 1 t Baking Powder ½ t Cinnamon Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into circles on a hot griddle. Top with plain greek yogurt, berries and maple syrup.
