Hope you are having a great day!
I was wondering if you find yourself comparing yourself to others…
Comparing results
Comparing body
Comparing strength
Keeping up with the Jones’ is EXHAUSTING.
If you take one thing from this message:
DO YOU.
Do you, it’s much easier, less heartache, less agony.
I have certainly found myself comparing my life to others – heck yeah, I’m human.
But as I have gotten older, I realized, I am in control of my thoughts and emotions.
We get caught up in all these worldly things and for what?
So, I encourage you to do you.
Focus on your results and what you want.
Don’t worry about anyone else.
Someone else might be able to lift more and that’s ok.
Or they might lose weight faster, so many factors go into weight loss it’s not even funny.
Theodore Roosevelt said, “Comparison is the thief of joy.”
This is a powerful statement.
You are in control of you.
You might feel like your weight loss is moving at a snail’s pace and that’s ok, keep staying focused and positive.
You will win.
With the right strategy, it will take time, but it will last a lifetime.
Do you.
Let me know if you need help,
Arin
