Hope you are having an awesome day!
So many times we see those before and after photos and we think…I want that after the photo!
And I want to talk about the after photo.
Sure they are great and I love a good body transformation.
But what is important, is talking about the journey.
That after photo could have been taken 4 months later, 6 months later, 1 year later, or 10 years later.
The time is irrelevant.
Sure we want to see results now, but it is the process.
It is who I need to become to be the “After Photo”.
Most have never considered this.
Who do I have to become?
In a weight loss or overall better health journey you will make changes.
Changes in how you eat, how you move, and how you think.
Your beliefs change.
What’s important to you changes.
It is all a good thing and depending on how you have grown up, and who you hang around today there is a lot to the process.
Not saying anything is wrong or right about any of it.
It depends on what you want.
You don’t have to become a bodybuilder to be “healthy”.
But I do encourage you to take a deeper look into who do I want to be?
How do I want to show up?
And why do I want that?
Tony and I both knew we had to do better. We caught ourselves in this pandemic valuing things that we normally wouldn’t have or placing food/drinks in front of what we truly wanted.
We also found ourselves a bit lost and had to get clarity on what was important now.
I can tell you life feels totally different now, being in Way better health, focusing on what is important and it’s amazing how this affects everything in life. Business, Finances, Kids, our relationship.
It is a good process and I highly recommend it if you are in search of your “After Picture”…
Remember it is a journey, a journey worth traveling.
Get clear on what you want.
Remember everything is feedback.
And consistency in all things.
Hope this hits home and if you need help please reach out.
