Hope you had a great week this week! If you are here in Indianapolis, we are super excited to be able to view the 104th running of the Indy 500!
I still feel like its ground hog’s day and that its March.
This year is certainly moving forward whether we feel like it is or not.
Business has changed for most of us and we are so thankful to be able still serve in the capacity that we can. Things look a bit different in our gym, but we have been able to keep everyone socially distance and continue to extensively clean equipment/all surfaces.
Being a private facility, you don’t have to worry about hundreds of people in and out.
Then, we continue to serve our clients and corporate clients virtually with our live and on demand workouts.
What have you had to personally pivot?
Do you need help getting in a routine?
We are creatures of habit and all that got shook up, it might be time to shake it up again. We have seen several familiar faces coming back into our facility.
It takes time to get back into a good groove, but what we recommend is taking the first step.
Decide.
Then, create a plan. Give yourself some buffers. If you set out to do a workout 2 days per week give yourself a 3rd optional day. If you get it in great, otherwise it can serve as a buffer.
Don’t over complicate it.
Most of us need 30-45 minutes of getting our heart rate up.
That’s it.
Master consistent workouts, then move to nutrition…it takes time and what worked before the pandemic may not now.

Have a wonderful day today,
