“Being a family physician, I was fully aware of what it would take to live a healthy lifestyle. I am always being asked about how to lose weight, and improve one’s health, and of course, I always had an answer. But, unfortunately, it became apparent that my actions did not follow my words of advice, and I found myself overweight and out of shape at the age of 32.
