What is the secret for weight loss?
It will actually surprise you.
It is actually super simple.
Most will overlook it.
Most will say it is too easy.
I would love to kill the idea that you have to do hours on end of exhausting workouts, collect splat points and feel like you have been wrecked by the end.
Now I, like most love a good challenging workout, but what I want to call out is the hours on the cardio machine or running miles.
It only produces a skinner version of you.
When I talk with women specifically, we want to see our body toned, strong and we want to feel confident.
We want to be able to go to Disney with the grandkids and keep up.
We want to be able to carry groceries in as few trips as possible.
We want to feel zest and energy all day every day.
We want to be able to wear any type of clothing and not worry if it is going to fit.
The secret to weight loss is do what feels right for you.
Let me explain.
This shouldn’t be torture.
You don’t need to punish your body.
Less is more.
Sometimes I don’t even recommend exercise outside of some walking and we focus more on nutrition.
The key is doing this with ease.
Be satisfied in the process.
Get your mind right and YOU WILL WIN.
I believe we should focus first on you and your thoughts.
Believe you can achieve the desired result and that there is no reason why you can’t have the desire result.
It is truly this simple.
