Ingredients:
1 Small Napa Cabbage sliced
very finely crosswise
2 grated carrots
4 chopped scallions
1 Cup fresh basil
1/4 c fresh chopped cilantro
1 Cucumber
4-6oz Cooked Chicken or
Salmon
Tangy Ginger-Lime Dressing
Put cabbage on a plate
or in a bowl, layer on
remaining veggies, and
top with dressing
