This pandemic has been an incredible learning experience for all of us. I am impressed by seeing the resilience in our fellow Americans during a time that has been so difficult.
We have gotten resourceful, we have helped neighbors, we have become stronger as families.
A message I have shared before – we all struggle.
This was the first time a long time we have all struggled together.
And we keep getting up everyday pushing forward with a ton of uncertainty, change and hardship.
We personally have learned that we don’t have to only support clients inside our four walls. For clients who have moved away, they now have an option to reengage.
For our corporate clients we can serve their company on a national level by offering our Live and on demand workouts. We have also seen a huge opportunity to coach clients from afar. Provide them a workout, instruction and the much-needed accountability.
This crisis has opened the doors for so many to take control of their health.
We have had countless people reach out saying:
“I need help.”
“I can’t keep doing what I am doing.”
“I am at high risk.”
“I don’t know where to start.”
“I need motivation, accountability, and support.”
“I need this for my mental well-being.”
Through a crisis, we learn what is really important. We have also had an amount of fear in us and rightfully so. We have to get up every day with a fire in our belly to win.
In order to win at anything in life, you must take care of you. (Put your oxygen mask on first.)
What have you learned through this crisis?
I learned that I am no different, I found ways to cope, that were not healthy and I am ready to make a change. (It happens to the best of us.) I know I can’t reverse what I have done overnight and it will take consistent effort, month after month.
There is still plenty of time left in the year and you can still win. 2020 was not a waste, it was an opportunity to learn and grow.
If you need help navigating this crisis, when it comes to your health and wellness goals, shoot me a message back.
Finish 2020 strong.
