Arnold Schwarzenegger said, “The biggest help I ever had was a training partner.” He was cited several times in many fitness magazines talking about having a good training partner because he felt it was so vital to his success.
Arnold also went on to say that we all have our ups and downs and no matter how disciplined and dedicated, we are always going to have days when we are negative and/or have excuses.
This is where your training partner is responsible for lifting you up and getting that workout in. Otherwise you most likely would skip that workout, right?
So choosing a workout partner is paramount! You need to be picky! Look for high energy, fun and a positive attitude. Also it helps if they know what they are doing!
My question for you is:
