Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp fresh orange juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ Tbsp avocado oil
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine garlic, thyme, orange juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub mixture over fish, and place on a parchment paper-lined small baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until asparagus is browned and crisp-tender, stirring once during last 2 minutes of baking.
