“Like every year, I resolved in early 2008 that this was going to be the year that I would actually get in shape, exercise consistently, etc, etc. But unlike every year in the past, I actually took an important step toward meeting those goals – I contacted the professional at Transformation Fitness and Wellness and began training with Arin every week. And now, a year later, and for the first year in my life, I can actually say I kept my New Year’s Resolution! I consistently trained with Arin throughout 2008 and met all of my fitness goals: I ran the Mini-Marathon in May, I hiked Knobstone Trail in June, and toned my flabby arms. For me, working with Arin has meant having the accountability and encouragement to keep going and to make fitness a part of my weekly routine.
