Believe me we would love to have your meals prepped, so would your wallet, but that is not always the reality. We put together an easy to use guide to help you stay on track with your fitness/health goals. In general, when you get stuck on the run try to keep things as lean and green. Build your meal around protein and veggies. Thankful most restaurants are in tune with healthier options, even the drive through. Then it comes to the mental game of what do I want to order vs what should I order. This is a game you will continue to play until the pain has gotten great enough to make change. Another tip I have is to always cut your portion in half. Especially at our sit-down restaurants. In America we want to feel like we are getting our money’s worth and it is very easy to consume everything on our plate in a matter of minutes.
