As we take steps to open back up our country, we each need to take personal responsibility doing what we feel is safe.
I genuinely don’t feel we are all going to rush back into large gatherings as quickly as they say we can. This will change how we view or feel about doing certain things.
One thing I have always been huge about is taking control of what we can.
This has all felt very out of our control, but in reality, there is a lot we can do.
Never has it been a better time to focus on your health and what is in your control.
If you have gotten of your routines or adopted some not so good ones, first we need to decide.
Decide you are ready for change.
Then what are you going to change.
It is going to bed earlier.
Cooking or meal prepping some healthier meals.
Going for some daily walks.
I encourage you to start small and do it daily. Get back into a habit of taking care of you in some fashion.
Then we will build.
Also, it is not too late to try out our virtual workouts. They are going strong and if you need accountability, nutrition help and support we are here. Even if you are a current member and you need more help, we are ready and able.
Nothing has slowed down for TFW, we are working relentlessly to adapt and continue to serve our members.
We have been looking at the guidelines for reopening and taking all the necessary steps to make sure our facility is safe for our clients and staff.
As of now they labeled gyms May 24-June 13. What we did learn is we are actually classified differently and we fall in line with by appointment service-based businesses which would mean May 15th. We will continue to keep everyone in the loop on our reopening.
We are committed to opening when it is safe.
We will continue to keep our virtual options.
I remind myself daily control what we can control, and the rest will fall into place.
Stay safe and I can’t wait to see everyone soon enough.
