I truly believe that what was important 6-7 months ago maybe a thing of the past. Things that we placed value on have drastically changed.
We have had more people come to our facility because they understand the risk of having underlying health conditions. They want to lose weight, reduce medications, and feel stronger/have more energy.
The stakes have never been higher.
My intention is not to scare anyone but motivate and speak truth.
The CDC has put out good information on your risk of hospitalization with COVID-19 and certain underlying conditions.
Hypertension, Diabetes, and a BMI of over 30 puts you at 3 times the risk. If you have two of these conditions you are at 4.5 times the risk.
This is eye-opening. We have to continue to help people lower their risk factors and live the life they deserve.
Start slow and get outside and walk. Then you will want to increase some resistance training and eat better.
This is all within our control, and we have to wake up each day and realize what you do today impacts all the tomorrows.
It is 100% worth it to take care of you.
Doesn’t ever have to be perfect, shoot I was going for a certain number on deadlift this morning and it didn’t happen, but at the end of the day I got that workout in its going to be good enough.
If you feel lost, unsure how to get started, is it safe – we got you.
We have cleaning procedures in place, we can socially distance in our 7,000 sq ft facility, fans are going, the air is turning over with our HVAC systems.
We are continuing to keep our workouts to 6 people or if you prefer, we offer 1 on 1 and Live Virtual workouts.
Take care of you and if you need help shoot me a message back.
Win the day today,
Arin
