When you look at the typical North American Diet we see some major problems. We typically see poor quality foods, low protein, high processed, high sodium, and high in sugars. From consuming these foods we will start to see problems with overall health and can ultimately lead to fat gain.

You see, if you’re nutritional habits are loaded with processed, high sugar, high sodium highway then you must understand a little more about inflammation and your gut’s health.
A lot of top doctors now are saying that pretty much all disease stems from some type of inflammation.
The reason is that the body has to combat inflammation, just like you would combat any other type of pathogen. When the body is using resources to deal with inflammation, it has far fewer resources to deal with immune response and proper function, and thus disease can grab a foothold.
