I tore my bicep and needed guidance to correctly rebuild strength in that arm. I’d gone from some push-ups to none. Couldn’t unload the dishwasher. Couldn’t paddle with my Indy SurviveOars Dragon Boat Team. Also, I wanted to look fabulous with or without clothes, lose 20 lbs., and avoid knee or hip replacement and osteoporosis and be 2 inches taller.
