“I utilized Transformation Fitness and Wellness because for the past three years I have been working out doing cardio and weight machines on my own.  During this time I had not seen any changes in my body’s appearance.  I decided I needed more motivation such as a personal trainer.  My daughters wedding was also coming up and I wanted to look good for that occasion.  Transformation seemed like a good fit for me.  I wanted to become more toned and lower my body fat percentage.

My progress has been amazing.  I am meeting my goals, my body fat percentage went from 32% to 25% loosing 10 pounds of fat and gaining 8 pounds of muscle.  My waist has decreased 3 inches.  When I look in the mirror I see more muscle definition in my whole body.  I wake up every morning feeling much happier with myself.

My trainer Andrea is fantastic.  Andrea watches my form and corrects me when necessary.  She is always patient with me in learning a new exercise as I am not the most coordinated person.  She encourages me to finish the reps and complete the days routines.  The workout is always varied between muscle groups so I am never bored.  The muscle aches I feel the next day always proves to me that Andrea is doing an excellent job with my training.
