Susie is a healthy Mom because she exercises daily, eats well, and routinely encourages her family to do the same.
Susie feels it is important she maintains a healthy lifestyle because she believes incorporating exercises into her daily life makes her feel like her best self. As a result, Susie has more energy and feels better about herself when she works out and eats well. She also wants her children to value their health as they mature, so it is important that she sets a good example for them.
Some advice that Susie would give would be to:
“Make a “to do” list every day of tasks that I want to accomplish. I always include my cardio and TFW classes as part of my list. I look forward to crossing things off my list; that is one motivator. I also try to view the time I spend doing cardio as a chance to zone out by watching something on TV that only I like to watch or as my time to spend in reflection or prayer.”
