Who loves a good DIY project for your home?
I know several people including my husband, Happy 10 Years of wedded bliss by the way, who LOVES DIY for our home. (THANK YOU, HONEY!)
I, on the other hand, loathe DIY.

Learn something new you say…
Sure, gotcha, but from my experience, it always takes TEN TIMES longer.
We spend more MONEY, multiple trips to the hardware/lumber store.
And more time…and then this got me thinking.
We DIY our body all the time.
For some people this is a perfect option they love the learning curve, the time invested, all that is involved.
They enjoy trying things, then trying another thing till they find what works.
But for most, I find this process of DIY for your body to be exhausting, expensive in the long run, potentially dangerous, and downright frustrating.
This is why you hire a Health Coach.
Just like you could build your house cheaper on your own… please remember all that goes into the craft.
Same with your body.

I won’t bore you with our degrees, books, certifications, etc. and yes, we geek out on new research.
I am also the mom trying to keep my kid’s sugar intake below 25 g per day. (I know…)
Or investing in wine with zero added sugar…yes this is a thing and it is amazing.
I know I am getting passionate, but you can’t put a price on your health.
And for most they have spent a lifetime of not feeling well, trying this – trying that, feeling frustrated, defeated.
