We are completing another awesome month back in the gym and it has been so awesome to see our clients taking care of themselves, making time, and getting into some really good routines.
Sure, it looks a bit different in our facility, but I have never been more thankful for the space and the ability to keep everyone socially distanced and safe during our workouts and warm-ups.
I believe one of the hardest parts of our program is taking that first step.
We understand what it feels like to not feel awesome, stressed, worried…but all you have to do is show up and we take care of the rest.
We will take you through a structured warm-up…our warm-up is totally different and we start with breathing. Then we wake up the central nervous system by compressing the activation site. This technique we use is RPR or Reflexive Performance Reset.
Research is showing lowered soft tissue injuries (90%) at the University of Texas, University of Minnesota, and some NHL teams! Super exciting stuff!
Then we will demonstrate the workout, with progressions and regressions to each movement. You do the workout that is best for you that day.
You will leave feeling accomplished.
Our days are super sedentary and we have to be intentional about movement, now more than ever.
