We just want to be healthy.
After speaking with several prospective clients in our gym and for our online coaching I am hearing the same goal.
I just want to feel healthy.
We are done with the weight loss number.
Done with a clothing size.
Done with unrealistic and quite frankly ridiculous goals we have placed on ourselves in the past.
We just want to live and age well.
Sound familiar?
It has been a tough season for most of us, but we are starting to really understand what is important. We want to feel good, feel healthy and be there for our loved ones.
Life is too short.
It is too short to stress, feel shame and place guilt on ourselves, but we do this all day every day.
We think we have to do it all.
We over-commit ourselves and will never be able to get it all done or at least not done well.
As things start opening back up and we feel more comfortable being out and about, now comes the frustration or lack of confidence and anxiety.
It’s important to remember this has hands down been a stressful time in ALL of our lives.
AND it has never been a better time to take care of you.

Lowered Anxiety
Less Depression
Less Shame
Better Body Fat Percentage
Excitement for life
Yearning for more
It is ok to say it’s been a hard season, but it is also ok to say it’s enough and I am in CONTROL.
You deserve to feel and be healthy.
Let’s take the steps and please acknowledge it is going to take time.
We are going to need to work harder on you.
We find when you focus inward, understand what is motivating you and what’s holding you back, the rest is doing the steps.
Don’t overcomplicate it.
