Eric is perfect for the job at TFW because he is educated, determined and passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals.
How do you help people meet their fitness goals?
“I help people meet their fitness goals by motivating them and putting the science behind fitness to work.”
What sports have you competed in?
“I grew up playing basketball, soccer, and baseball. In high school I narrowed my focus to soccer and got recruited to play in college. Once I got in college I actually ended up running track and cross country.”
Which did/do you enjoy most?
“Soccer just edges out track and field. Soccer was my first love and is still a big passion of mine.”
How do you like to get your sweat on?
“Preferably weightlifting, running, cycling, or some kind of sport but I like a good challenge or competition and learning something new. So, if someone would like to give me a new challenge I am up for it.”
What’s your favorite jam to work out to?
“It depends what I am doing. If I am lifting I like some hard rock or punk rock. If I am running just something upbeat.”
What would you say is the best way someone can take their first step toward becoming a better version of themselves?
“I think one of the first steps is building consistency. Having consistency is huge in fitness!”
