There are three words I hear over and over when someone is interested in our program.
Confidence, Motivation and Accountability.
We all desire to feel good in our own skin and perform well in all things we do. But a lot of times a piece feels missing. We know we could feel better, and it comes back to feeling confident.
Whether this is a mental feeling or physical feeling.
We understand those first workouts coming back from lockdown are not going to feel amazing.
Strength will be down; stress has affected everything. We understand first hand what confidence can do to impact how you feel day in and day out.
But confidence builds, it’s a slow process, but each day you get up and tackle that workout, or eat well you win.
The other piece is how do you get the motivation?
All routines have been thrown off a long time ago and its time to establish new. Have you ever said you will start Monday and your done by Monday night?
Motivation is a tough one and we understand not feeling like doing a workout, or eating this vs that. This is where having a coach appropriately push you and help you realize the wins. No matter how small they are.
We have to celebrate the small insignificant wins, because they build to the larger goal.
Lastly Accountability, we all need coaches/mentors in our life who want to see you succeed. Tony and I have always believed in personally having this and we would not be where we are today without the guidance and sometimes not so gentle push from a coach.
Left to our own vices we can always say I’ll do that tomorrow or I’ll start on Monday, then who’s there to say did you do that?
This is why having a coach is so important and it a huge piece of our program. Sure, workouts are awesome, but you need someone invested in wanting to see you succeed.
Again, we understand its not easy to reach out for help, but if you want to build Confidence, need Motivation and Accountability we are open and ready to serve.
