Our clients have been cranking it in the gym and online workouts this week! Never gets old seeing someone come in or show up online and leave with that sense of accomplishment. (I still want to high five people!)
I think it is important to understand that everyone doesn’t just wake up and jump out of bed to workout…I know…weird…but for most people this is not something they just love.
They need motivation and support.
For a lot of our clients, they have gotten busy with work, kids…this whole quarantine thing and it has simply derailed most of us from taking care of ourselves.
We go through so many feeling of ugh, I’ll start next week and next week never comes.
Then we give it a fair shot, we try doing a workout or going for a walk, then we get distracted and never make any momentum.
This is where you need a coach.
You need to know that someone has your back, is going to keep you safe and motivate you appropriately through your workouts and nutrition.
It doesn’t have to be perfect, form yes, what I mean is you don’t need to eat lettuce and carrots to see results.
Consistent movement, improved nutrition will make you feel better, clothes fit better and all the wonderful health benefits that have never been more important.
The other amazing benefit is your overall mood.
The endorphins released after a good workout are amazing medicine for the soul!
