Staying motivated and on track is hard right now. So much going on in our world and it can leave us feeling defeated.
Listen, we get it. We feel it too. When lock-down first happened, I was all positive, OK great we will pivot, we got this. Then the weeks kept extending to months…I completely got off my normal routine.
It took me stepping back and realizing I am in control of what I can be in control of. I can sit and be scared or I can continue to take care of me.
None of us are promised tomorrow.
With stress at its all-time high, we want to encourage you to take time for you.
I know working out might seem like the last thing to do but its by-products are priceless. When things seem out of control, control what you can.
I have written this several times… it has never been more important to take care of you.
But how, right?
What can you do?
You might feel completely unmotivated. Nervous to go back to a gym.
We encourage you to honor where you are today. Take note of how you feel.
Then talk to a trained professional like us. Create a plan that is specialized to you. We have gotten super creative over here and meet people where they are today.
For some, we are serving them 100% online. This can either been done on Live 1 on 1 Zoom workouts or we have 17 Live Group scheduled workouts per week you can move in and out of.
We can write programs based on what equipment you have, then help you with nutrition and most importantly hold you accountable.
Or you can come into our 7,000 sq ft facility in a 1 on 1 or Small Group environment. We have strict cleaning procedures in place and require masks in the common spaces. You can easily social distance yourself and get in your workout.
It is challenging to get into a good routine without a pandemic. 🙂
