Today’s message is purely about motivation and the motivation to fight.
I talk with clients everyday about wanting to hit a weight loss or body fat goals. Its all good and great, but we have to talk about what it is going to take to see those results.
Typically, it will always take longer than we like.
We have to make changes in our eating habits.
We have to track our caloric intake.
I know, its not sexy or necessarily all that fun.
Then we have to commit to working out several days per week.
But the process works, when you are motivated and commit to making the changes every single day.
Everyday is not perfect, but you get back up again, EVERY SINGLE DAY.
I encourage you to fight for you. Nobody else.
You live inside of you, you know how you feel, you know how you want to feel and how you want to look.
We all struggle, ALL of us.
But from the struggle comes the win.
Do not give up on you, because you are worth it.
Commit to going to the gym a certain number of days per week.
Commit to planning your food.
Commit to tracking your food.
I guarantee you will see changes you want to see.
Anytime there is a struggle, keep fighting, because just around the corner is your results or your win.
All good things that have happened in my life personally I can connect to a struggle or something we have over come. Let that give you hope to keep pushing.
You are worth it and you can do it.
