I couldn’t help but write to you today about our challenge we are finishing. We run 6-Week Transformation Challenges 2 times per year, and it is so fun to see the change in each person.
We are not even done assessing all the participants and I am so giddy over the results.
Seeing the scale down 4-8lbs has been the norm or if the scale was not down, we are seeing some amazing drops in body fat percentage.
This is why it is so important to assess body fat and not just the scale. The scale does not give us the full picture.
What I love is 6-Weeks ago 20 people said, yes.
They said yes to making changes.
They may have been nervous, a little scared, unsure of themselves, but they did it. They took the first step towards living a better life.
Those first few workouts were not easy, and some were pretty sore, but they kept coming back week after week.
This is what it takes to see results.
You must continue to show up, long after the mood has left you.
I will never tell anyone it is easy, but when you have a team who is supporting you, you will win.
Winning will always look different to each of us, but you win.
Having more energy, clothes fitting better, overall increase in mood –is normal.
Dropping body fat is normal.
