Tacos!
Corn Tortillas
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Olive Oil
1 lb Ground Turkey, Chicken or Beef
Ā½ Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 t Salt
1 t Chili Powder
1 t Ground Cumin
1 Onion, sliced
2 Red/Green Peppers, sliced
12 oz Mushrooms, sliced
Guacamole
Simple Crunchy Slaw (see recipe below)

Drizzle pan with olive oil and saute the ground meat with half of the minced garlic and chopped onion. Season with salt, chili powder and ground cumin.
Ā
Drizzle sautƩ pan with olive oil add onions and peppers, season with salt and pepper, and cook until tender. Remove from pan and saute mushrooms with salt and pepper.

Add any more of your favorite veggies, you can’t go wrong.

Simple Crunchy Slaw:
2 C Green and Red Cabbage, shredded
1-2 Carrots, shredded
1 Celery Stalk, sliced

Toss with 2 T apple cider vinegar, 1 T olive oil, Ā¼ t salt and 2 t honey.
3 ingredient- Chocolate Covered Strawberry frozen greek yogurt bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nonfat blended strawberry Greek yogurt (not fruit on the bottom yogurt)
- 3 1/2 tablespoons 100% fruit seedless strawberry jelly
- 4 teaspoons mini chocolate chips
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and jelly.
- Chop chocolate chips and add them to the yogurt mixture, stirring thoroughly.
- Spoon mixture into molds, or dollop from a spoon onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. If using molds, tap gently on counter so the yogurt levels smoothly.
- Add “popsicle sticks” if desired (see note).
- Freeze until solid. Unmold or peel from parchment immediately after removing from freezer, while still thoroughly frozen.
- Serve immediately or return to freezer tightly wrapped or packaged in airtight containers.
The timing on this one couldn’t be better!
For once it seems like the calendar is working in our favor.

What Iām talking about is a quirk in the calendar that does NOT revolve around the traditional ābigā holidays. These two holidays happen to be placed EXACTLY the right distance apart to suit our needs.

That type of thing.
Here is one of those examples.
It just so happens, there are exactly 31 days between Valentineās Day and St. Patrickās Day.
To make this even better, 31 days is an excellent amount of time for a weight loss Program.
21 days is OK, but a little short if you want significant results.
When you start to get to 6 or 8 weeks, sometime people can get bored and slip off track.
Nope. 31 days works really well.
